Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be considered a no-show, incurring a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. We require at least 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations or 12 hours' advance notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within these time frames will result in a "late cancellation," and we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside business hours, please leave a voicemail, send a text message, or email us; however, if the request falls within the restricted time window, you may still be charged.

Iris is so sweet and gentle, love her!!!! First time client here: I love the atmosphere and might I tell you the chairs are a breath of fresh air! I’ve been getting my lashes done for a long time and dreaded the awful flat hard massage NOT comfortable tables they use. I fell asleep today, such a nice reclining chair. The music, the waterfall sound. It was everything! My hybrid add-on wispy lashes are on point!!! I Love them!!!!!!
